For more than 40 years only the ghosts of farmers have resided at Cobblestone Farm, the living history museum on Packard that began as the 183 acre Ticknor Farm in 1835. Purchased by the city of Ann Arbor in 1972 and restored with gardens and farm animals, the Cobblestone Farm property has long been used as an educational and event space.

Former Ann Arbor administrator Roger Fraser seeks city manager position in Kalamazoo
Former Ann Arbor City Administrator Roger Fraser is one of five finalists competing for the Kalamazoo city manager position, MLive reported.
Interviews with Fraser and other candidates were scheduled to start at noon Tuesday. Fraser is touting his experience with budget struggles in Ann Arbor as he makes his case for why he's the best person to lead Kalamazoo city government through a time of transition and downsizing.

The suspended Eastern Michigan University basketball player accused of choking his girlfriend had his preliminary hearing adjourned Tuesday in 14A-1 District Court because the 19-year-old woman was too ill to appear.
