The inaugural Michigan Sky Music Festival will be held this Friday and Saturday, May 17th and 18th, at 2045 Zeeb Road in Dexter, MI.
Michigan Sky Music Festival is a grassroots festival created with the purpose of bringing local musicians, artists, and small businesses together to network, get their names out there, and have fun doing it.
Festival tickets are $12 for a one-day pass or $20 for a two-day pass. Admission includes camping. Tickets will be available at the door.
The festival will also include entertainment aside from the music. Up In The Air Disc Golf will set up a course at the festival that will be fun for experienced and beginner players.
Vendors will include MAS Board Co., a skater owned and operated Midwest skateboard company, Naansense, a local start-up focused on bringing Indian fusion food to a world wide audience at an affordable price, Giant Squid Printing, an Ann Arbor based company that produces custom, high quality screen printed apparel and will be providing T-shirts for the festival, as well as Buy The Change, a retail company that carries fairly-traded women’s accessories and home décor products made by female artisans from developing countries.
