TED LEE HALL
Ted Lee Hall, 75, of Tecumseh, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Herrick Medical Center. He was born January 30, 1933, in Glenville, West Virginia to Belle Hall (Brinkley). He married Theresa Mary Smith on September 8, 1956 and she preceded him in death on June 13, 1998.
Ted served in the United States Army. He had worked for Fruehauf Corp., Kelsey Hayes and O’Hara Chrysler. He enjoyed camping, walking and hiking and playing music.
Ted is survived by two sons, David (Patsy) Hall of Luther, MI, and Daniel (Kristin) Hall of Tecumseh; one daughter, Debora (Daniel) Kollar of Tecumseh; four grandchildren, Stephanie, Megan and Samuel Hall and Daniel “DJ” Kollar, Jr.; a close dear friend, Susie Lowe of Tipton; and his special canine companion, Max.
In addition to his wife, Theresa, he was preceded in death by his mother.
At Ted’s request cremation has taken place. A memorial was held on Sunday, April 6, 2008, at the Anderson Funeral Home, Tecumseh, with the Rev. Lloyd Jewett officiating.

ROBERT ALAN HASTINGS
Robert Alan Hastings, 43, of Britton, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2008, at his home. He was born March 15, 1965, in Inglewood, CA, to G. Wayne and Sheila Marie (Littrell) Hastings.
Robert was a lab technician with Sunoco Oil Co. He enjoyed drag racing, working on cars, especially Mustangs. He enjoyed spending time with his children, his daughter, Whitney’s sports activities and his son, Tevon’s four wheeler races.
Robert is survived by his mother and step-father, Sheila and Manuel Walden of Tecumseh; his three children, Tevon and Whitney Hastings both at home and Colby Renner and his fiancée, Elizabeth Perrell of Ann Arbor; his former wife and close friend, Linda Hastings of Tecumseh; a brother, Brian Walden of Tecumseh; a step-brother, David Walden and his wife, Carel of GA; a step-sister, Linda Reed and her husband, Dave of Belleville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1970.
Funeral services for Robert were held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at the Anderson Funeral Home, 1448 Short St, Tecumseh, MI 49286. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery in Clinton.

BETTY JO HOLLANSHED
Betty Jo Hollanshed, 82, of Adrian died Tuesday, April 08, 2008, at Bixby Medical Center. She was born March 6, 1926 in Bucyrus, Ohio, to Antonio and Hilda (Aller) Bruno. On April 30, 1955 she married Avery E. Hollanshed, he preceded her in death on April 29, 1973.
Betty was a committed loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker. She had also worked for The Department of Aging as a receptionist. Her hobbies included, playing bingo, knitting, for which she earned Blue Ribbons at the Wood County Fair, and utilizing her computer to surf the internet and keep in touch with friends and family. Betty had a passion for learning and attended Jackson Community College, where she received a certificate in computer applications.
She is survived by her children; Michael (Joyce) Hollanshed of Northwood, OH, Susan Glanz of Raleigh, NC, Roxanne (Rodney) Meeks of Adrian, grandchildren; Lisa (Brian) Blanton, Sara (Markus) Jakobuss, Averia and Jay Hollanshed, Ryan (Caryn) Sieler, Anthony (Cindy) Sieler, Remington and Radford Meeks, great grandchildren; Avery Sieler, Alexander and Isabella Jakobuss and Aubrey Sieler.
In addition to her husband, Avery, Betty was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Bruno.
Funeral Services for Betty will be held on Friday, April 11, 2008, at 11 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian with the Reverend Art Horn officiating. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at Lake Twp. Cemetery, Millbury, Ohio. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home and also on Friday 10 a.m. until the time of service at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. PATRICIA OSBURN KENNEL
Patricia Osburn Kennel, 87, of Tecumseh, died April 4, 2008. She was born July 3, 1920 in Ridgeway Twp., Michigan, the daughter of Raymond Charles and Purnell Adelia (Lowe) Osburn. On September 2, 1944, she married Carl D. Kennel. He survives.
Patricia was graduate of Blissfield County Normal. She was employed as a school teacher in rural areas of Lenawee County for four years. During World War II, she worked at the Willow Run Bomber Plant.
She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and visiting friends. Patricia along with her delicious chocolate chip cookies will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband Carl, she is survived by two daughters, Nancy (Gordon) Snyder of Adrian, and Susan (James) Switzenberg of Stockbridge; a son, David (Julie) Kennel of Brighton, MI; her grandchildren, Jill (Guy) Foreman of Valpariso, IN, Edward (Becca) Snyder of Ann Arbor, James Jr. (Kimberly) Switzenberg of Stockbridge, Michael (Toni) Switzenberg of Stockbridge, Daniel (Amy) Switzenberg of Gregory Benjamin (Stephanie) Switzenberg of Jackson, and Andrew Switzenberg of Stockbridge, Shawn (Margaret) Doane of Gregory, and Molly Doane of Albuquerque, NM; 12 great grandchildren; a sister, Jean Edwards of Tecumseh; and three sister-in-laws, Pearl Osburn of Tecumseh, Lillian Kritzler of Kenton, OH, and Helen Fairburn of Lima, OH.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Raymond Charles "Chuck" Osburn, James "Jim" Osburn Jack Osburn, and, Louis Schneider.
Funeral services were held Tuesday April 8, 2008, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with the Rev. Lloyd Jewett officiating. Interment followed at Ridgeway Cemetery.
A reception with food and refreshment in honor of Patricia followed the graveside committal service.
