There were six Clinton wrestlers who made the recently released all-LCAA list.
Nate Arntz (106 pounds), Connor Younts (132), Bryce Randolph (165), Wyatt Hicks (215) and Hamza Rafferty (285) were named LCAA second-teamers and Cliff Jones (150) was an honorable mention.

Tecumseh girls basketball players made it into their team’s record book in a memorable season that ended Tuesday.
Junior Alli Zajac broke Tecumseh’s record for points in a season with 476. Her 433 points last season rank second and her 366 points as a freshman rank third.

Learn about the benefits of trees with Hidden Lake Gardens. Observe a tree planting ceremony with local scouts at Tecumseh District Library at 215 North Ottawa Street in Tecumseh, Michigan. The trees will be planted in memory of former Tecumseh Public Library staff member and local scout leader Jeannine M. Wikle. Each family will receive a tree seedling to take home. A plain brick wall at the west side entrance to downtown Tecumseh will soon be getting some color in the form of a mural depicting some of the best things about the city, thanks to the owners of the building, a committee from Community Arts of Tecumseh (CAT), and some generous donors.

Lucille Alice Tiede, age 90, of Britton, Mich., passed away March 13, 2024. She was born January 29, 1934 in Tecumseh, Mich., the daughter of Edward and Thilba (Wright) Lawson.
On June 26, 1954, she married Carl G. Tiede. He preceded her in death on January 20, 2021.

Assist the Friends of Hidden Lake Gardens in picking up litter along the Highway M-50 corridor that fronts Hidden Lake Gardens. Anyone 12 years of age or older can participate. Children between ages of 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult. No experience is necessary, and supplies are provided. Dress for the weather, including closed-toe shoes/boots and work gloves. Pants and long-sleeved shirts are highly recommended. Meet in the Visitors Center parking lot.
