Tecumseh’s entire starting lineup graduated last spring after guiding the program to its most success in decades.
This season the program will resume — not restart — its campaign, according to its five-year coach Jamison Webster who said a new standard has been set.

The Tecumseh Pops Orchestra & Community Chorus present their annual holiday concert. Join in the fun as we travel around the world with holiday music from the United States, Austria, England, France, Germany, and Scotland.
The Community Chorus' performance, led by third year conductor Bill Abbott, will include such beautiful songs as Merry Christmas, Darling; The Holiday Season; Pat-a-Pan; Joy to the World; and O Holy Night.

December 8-9, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Tour historic homes, the Tecumseh Area Historical Museum, and the Hayden-Ford Mill Building while docents share information on the history of the homes and buildings. Decorated tree contest during tour of the glass room inside the Hayden-Ford Mill building. Tickets are $10 and include entry in door prize drawings and refreshments. Purchase tickets at the historical museum, 302 E. Chicago Blvd., one half-hour before the tour begins on both evenings, or at any of the tour locations. Addresses available closer to the event.

Wanda Iffland-Isaacson passed away peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 19 in Orlando, Fla. at the age of 87. She is survived by her children, Greg Iffland of Irving, Texas; Peggy Wallace of Orlando; Tori Iffland of Orlando; five grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Bernice Joyce Cousino, age 83 of Tecumseh passed away on Monday, Nov. 13, 2023 at Hickman Hospital in Adrian. She was born August 26, 1940 in Ypsilanti, the daughter of the late Walter Oliver and Bertha Harris (Traver) Simonds.

George Edward Fiegel, age 88 of Tecumseh passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Blissfield Place Assisted Living. He was born January 19, 1935 in Saline, the son of the late Enoch Gottlieb and Hazel D.
