The Tecumseh boys bowling team won the Mel Wolf Invitational on Sunday at JAX 60 in Jackson.
The team went 3-1 in Baker games in the title round against Jonesville. Tecumseh advanced to the eight-team playoff after finishing first in qualifying in a meet featuring 28 teams.

The Michigan Nurses Association announced on Monday that nurses at ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital will move one step closer to going on strike, as registered nurses (RN) will hold a “practice strike” Tuesday, Jan. 30 outside of the hospital.

Carolyn Joan Greenfield-Grant, age 96 of Tipton, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024 at Lenawee Medical Care Facility in Adrian. She was born August 18, 1927 in Tecumseh, the daughter of the late Chester D. and Dorothy (Daniels) Baker.
