Two weeks ago I attended the “town hall” meeting, reported in this paper, with Representative Walberg. The meeting was marred by loud and contentious interruptions, which did limit the time of other constituents to ask questions.

Clinton Arts Center, a nonprofit corporation, has made the difficult decision to close Twelve Restaurant as of September 30, 2019. Twelve will remain open through the end of the Clinton Fall Festival to help attract visitors to our beloved festival.

Tecumseh, like many communities, has a deer problem that needs to be controlled to provide safety both vehicular and from possible confrontations with humans.

The U. S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 6th is looking into the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s pipeline approval process. Many newspapers have missed this important story.

I was both saddened and angered when I read Kerry Hamilton Smith’s Letter to the Editor from July 18th entitled “I hope you’ll forgive me for putting the community I love ahead of my job”.
