Beverly E. Long (Rochowiak)

Beverly E. Long (Rochowiak), age 75 of Clinton, passed away at her home on Friday, June 7, 2013. She was born March 4, 1938 in Adrian, Mich., the daughter of George and Gladys (Clark) Nagel. On April 27, 1957 she married Leonard Rochowiak, sadly he preceded her in death in 1979; she then married Robert Long on December 27, 2001 and he survives.Beverly was proud of the work that she did. She was a cook at Boysville for nine years and worked in home health care. Beverly enjoyed bowling, spending time with her grandkids, and traveling across the country.In addition to her husband Robert, Beverly is survived by three sons, Leonard (Janet) Rochowiak Jr. of Clinton, Mark (and fiancé Debbie Cheek) Rochowiak of Adrian, and Chris (and fiancé Bessie Hoffman) Rochowiak of Tecumseh; a daughter, Pam (Brad) Baker of Tecumseh; a brother, George (Anita) Nagel of Georgia; three sisters, Joyce (Chuck) Harbach of Onsted, Georgiana Messenger of Brooklyn, and Patricia Isaacson of Adrian; thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her first husband Leonard, Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, her Aunt Margaret Nagel, and great-grandson Aaron Granby.At Beverly’s request, cremation has taken place. A memorial celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 1 p.m. at 4125 Green Highway, Tecumseh. Inurnment will be at St. Joseph Catholic Shrine Cemetery, Brooklyn.
