Bomb threat investigated at Kirchhoff Automotive

Press release from Tecumseh Police Department:

 

TECUMSEH — At approximately 0615am today’s date (November 30), the City of Tecumseh Police Department was dispatched to Kirchhoff Automotive reference a bomb threat.  Police Officers and Facility Management followed safety protocols and a search of the facility was conducted.  Bomb Dogs were brought in and the threat was determined to be unfounded.  The department was assisted by Raisin Township Police Department, Morenci Police Department, Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department, and the Michigan State Police, Jackson Post.  The threat remains under investigation by the Tecumseh Police Department.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact Officer Chad Rodgers or Sergeant Zach Owens, at the Tecumseh Police Department.  Any further questions can be directed to Kirchhoff Automotive.
