Budd Eric Strand

Budd Eric Strand, age 38, of Tecumseh, passed away on November 19, 2013. He was born Sept., 22, 1975, in Tecumseh, Mich., the son of Linda (Clark) Hesselink and Henry (Fred) Strand III. He was a 1993 graduate of Tecumseh High School. Budd was employed by Jerry’s Beef and Deli in Tecumseh for five years where he was a closing manager. Budd enjoyed canoeing, camping, fishing, hunting, golfing and the outdoors. He liked family get-togethers and being with friends. Budd was skilled at electrical/wiring and often helped with home improvements projects.Budd is survived by his parents, Linda (Ed) Hesselink of Tecumseh and Henry (Margaret) Strand of Tecumseh and his son, Justin Harvey of Adrian, who was his pride and joy. Also his sisters Erika (Nick) Hebert of Tecumseh, Andrea (Tracy) Green of Adrian and Pam (Scott) Muske of Fairfax Minn., and brothers Fred (DeAnna) Strand of Tecumseh, Jason (Stacie) Strand of Clinton, Chad Strand of Tecumseh and Steve (Nicole) Hesselink of Point of Rocks, Md. He loved his nieces and nephews very much!Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday Nov. 23, 2013 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 210 W. Pottawatamie St. Tecumseh, Mich.Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday Nov. 22, 2013, at J.
