Camilla Ann Wright

Camilla Ann Wright, age 87, of Adrian, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born June 3, 1925, in Tecumseh to Joseph and Lena (Vestula) O’Pravil. Camilla married the love of her life, Morris “Morrie” Millard Wright on June 4, 1955 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Tecumseh, Mich., and he preceded her in death on February 11, 2008. Camilla was a member of St. Mary of Good Counsel Parish. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for over 63 years. Camilla enjoyed gardening, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandsons.Camilla is survived by her daughter, Kimberlee (Allen) Hay of Britton and her son, Kevin (Tammy) Wright of Onsted; six grandchildren, Kelly (Josh) Smith, Kerry Salenbien, Thomas (Krynn) Salenbien and Connor, Madison and Miranda Wright; two great-grandsons, Brysen Smith and Tracen Salenbien: one sister, Jenny Hanusack of Dearborn and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Morrie, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Joseph O’Pravil and one sister, Mary Hanusack.The Funeral Liturgy for Camilla was held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at St. Mary of Good Counsel Parish with Father Shaun Lowery presiding. Burial was in Lenawee County Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh. Visitation was held at the Adrian Anderson Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a Vigil Prayer service was held at 7 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.andersonfuneralservices.com.
