Charlotte Mary Parros

Charlotte Mary Parros, age 88, of Tecumseh died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 6, 1926, in Raisinville Twp., Monroe County, to Jacob and Anna (Bauerle) Sheets. On May 3, 1947, in St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maybee, she married Eugene Parros and he survives. Charlotte was an active member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, antiquing and playing cards. Charlotte loved being with friends, her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Eugene, she is survived by one daughter, Julie (Joe) Eaton of Tecumseh; five sons, James (Shirley Drouillard) Parros of Tecumseh, John (Judith Kellk) Parros of Onsted, Timothy (Kim Davis) Parros of South Lyons, Paul Parros of Tecumseh and Robert Parros of Tecumseh; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold “Pete” Sheets and twin Charles Sheets; six sisters, Helen Walters, Mildred “Millie” Meyers, Arlene Yeck, Lucille Jay, Marjorie Sheets and Geraldine Eetloff. The Funeral Liturgy for Charlotte will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Tecumseh with Fr. Daniel Wheeler as celebrant. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday from 2-7 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Tecumseh, a Vigil Prayer Service was held at 7 p.m. Sunday evening. Visitation will also be held on Monday from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. A family prayer service with Fr. Daniel Wheeler presiding will be held at 10:45 a.m. followed by the funeral liturgy at 11 a.m. St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Condolences to the family at www.andersonfuneralservices.com.
