CISTA coordinator thanks supports of food pack program

To the Editor,Communities In Schools of the Tecumseh Area’s Third Annual Friday Food Pack (FFP) service event, partnered with the Tecumseh Arbor of Gleaners Life Insurance Society, continues to grow and bring the community together. CISTA would like to express their sincere thanks to the members of Gleaners and the community for their time putting together 333 FFPs in under an hour!Friday Food Packs are weekly nutritional supplements given to identified students for the school year, generally consisting of one drink and five to six snacks. Food and monetary contributions were provided by Tecumseh Arbor of Gleaner Life Insurance Society, Kiwanis Club of Tecumseh, and other anonymous community donors. Your support allows CISTA to continue serving 29 students in two elementary buildings. We are very grateful for contributions of food and time that support the FFP program.Thank you!
