Dolores Victoria Simko
Dolores Victoria Simko, age 82, of Oscoda (formerly of Clinton) passed away on Sat., Jan. 5, 2013, at McLaren Hospital in Bay City. She was born in Kokomo, Ind., on May 27, 1930, to Stella and Adam Mason. She married Eugene Simko on Dec. 24, 1948. They were together 45 years until his death in 1993.Dolores is survived by her daughter, Karen (Larry) Deichelbohrer of Oscoda; two sons, Eugene (Marty) of Peoria, Arizona, and Daniel (Donna) of Holly; eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her son, Todd, in 2010. A memorial service is planned for this spring. Details will be announced. Memorials may be made in Dolores’ name to the Clinton United Methodist Church.
