Donald A. Pinter

Donald A. Pinter, age 73, of Adrian, died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016 at Magnum Health Care of Adrian. He was born April 16, 1942 in Saginaw, Mich., to Andrew J. and Esther (Kragenbrink) Pinter. He served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1964.

Donald had been employed by Tecumseh Products. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 34 in Tecumseh.

Donald is survived by a daughter, Tammy Lynn (Tim) Black of Adrian; a son, Donald (Kristy) Pinter, II.; his siblings, Paul Pinter of Northport, Fla., Esther Lorraine (Jerry) Beach of Cement City, Mich., Judy LaVoy of Northport, Fla., Dennis (Gail) Pinter of Adrian, Cindy (Gary) Fultz of Adrian and Betty (Jim) Craig of Britton; many grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Linda Pinter and a brother-in-law, Jerry Beach.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian with Pastor Dan Sharp officiating.

Burial will be in Lenawee County Memorial Gardens in Tecumseh with full military rites conducted by the Tecumseh American Legion Underwood Orr Post No. 34 and the Tecumseh V.F.W. Post No. 4147. Visitation was held on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian.
