Faith Elizabeth Faulhaber

Faith Elizabeth Faulhaber, 93, of Adrian, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2012, at her home under the loving care of her family.Born January 25, 1919, in Holyoke, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Allen) Stephens. On April 29, 1944, Faith married Henry Joseph Faulhaber, of Adrian, at Westover Field in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Faith and Henry celebrated almost 56 years of marriage prior to his death in 2000.Faith devoted her life to her family and her church. She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she served in the Christian Mothers and Altar Society and the St. Vincent De Paul Society. For 15 years she was a volunteer for the auxiliary at Bixby Medical Center. Her homemade bread and chocolate chip cookies were favorites of family and friends.Surviving are her children: Judith (Bruce) Pearson of Seattle, Wa; John (Diana) Faulhaber of Chicago; Jean (Robert Verrando) Faulhaber of Naperville, Ill; Janice Faulhaber and Joyce Faulhaber, both of Adrian; and two granddaughters, Amy and Elizabeth Verrando.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Kenneth Stephens.Services were held Wednesday, July 25, 2012, in Adrian.
