Farmer’s markets are meant to benefit economy, consumers

To the Editor,My wife was polite, but here is my opinion. A downtown farmer’s market that is meant to benefit our local economy and consumers should be located downtown. Are we planning to move Appleumpkin, sidewalk sales, and the parades to Rogers Hwy or some other satellite location? Cynical, sarcastic? Ewe bet.How about homecoming parade on Blissfield Highway? Don’t forget to give the pilots new coordinates for their fantastic flyby Memorial weekends near Tipton Hwy. or Loch Erin. Traffic reroute will be interesting. Just sayin’ what most of us are thinking. Cornbread BachnerTecumseh
