Frank N. Crosby
Frank N. Crosby, age 98, formerly of Tecumseh, Mich., passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at MagnumCare of Adrian.He was born on September 19, 1916, in Jackson Co., Michigan, to George and Minnie (Campbell) Crosby. Frank had a strong work ethic and a great sense of humor. Jobs he held included working in a foundry and other factories, farming and, for over 20 years, working at Tecumseh Products where he retired in 1978.He was loved dearly and will be missed by those surviving including his son, Frank L. Crosby of Montrose; grandchildren, Valarie Crosby and Danny Abraham, who thought he was the best grandpa ever; and a half-sister, Josephine Enders.He was preceded in death by sisters, Harriett Springs and Gertrude Houghton; and a half-sister, Nellie Southward.At Frank’s request, cremation will take place with no public services. Arrangements were entrusted to Wagley Funeral Home, Adrian, where online condolences and memories may be shared at www.wagleyfuneralhome.com.
