Guy George Oatman III
Guy George Oatman III, 69, of Adrian, Mich., passed away on August 6, 2015. Guy was known as Skip by his family and friends. He was born in Port Huron, Mich., on January 3, 1946. He grew up in Port Huron and then moved to Florida to follow his dream to go to the beach and fish. He then moved to Adrian to be with his sister.His parents, Guy Oatman Jr. and Virginia May Oatman preceded him in death. He leaves behind six siblings; Jean Splan of Houghton Lake, Dot (Ken) Clary of Britton, Dean (Dylana) Oatman of Greensboro, N.C., Robert (Becky) Oatman of Sterling Heights, Laura Logan of New Baltimore, Mich., Ruth Clymer of Reidsville, N.C.We want to thank Provincial House and Lenawee Hospice who helped care for him so lovingly and helped him in his last days.He asked to be cremated and his ashes taken to the UP so he would be with nature. We will miss you brother, rest in peace.
