Husband seeks cards of support for wife stricken with cancer

To the Editor,This week we received the worst news of our lives. The love of my life, Patricia ‘Pat’ Bowles has Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. She is taking it well.Pat has loved living in Clinton for the past 37 years and really enjoyed working in the school system, especially with all the kids. Even now some of those kids still call her “Mommy Bowles.”Please, let’s celebrate Pat’s life now. She has always loved getting cards. She would always say “don’t buy me anything, but a card.” If you can, please send Pat a card to P.O. Box 412, Clinton, MI 49236. She has already received some and she shows them off when we get company.Thank you, a broken-hearted husband,Jon BowlesClinton
