JannaLee Elizabeth Welch, age 62, of Adrian, died on Friday, July 18, 2014, at Provincial House. She was born May 17, 1952, in Tecumseh to Roderick and Janet (Frost) Welch. She had been employed by the U.S. Post Office in Tecumseh and Jackson for over 30 years. JannaLee enjoyed scrapbooking, crafts, and spending time with her family.She is survived by her step-mother, Wilma Welch of Muskegon, Mich.; two brothers, Rick (Linda) Welch of Tecumseh and James Welch of Jasper; two sisters, Teresa (Gary) Fetzer of Adrian and Cindy (Del) Sterling of Rothberry, Mich.; nieces and nephews Denise (John) Kestner, Jason (Cristy) Welch, Gary (Mindy) Fetzer II, Adam (Genevra West) Fetzer, Chris (Todd) Foster, Glenn (Kori) Welch, Jay Welch, Brian (Tara) Welch, and Joshua, Rod, Zach, Kate, and Chelsea Sterling. She was preceded in death by her mother and father.At JannaLee’s request, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service was held on Monday, July 21, 2014, at 3 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Pastor Richard Mortimer officiating. Visitation was held on Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Tecumseh. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.andersonfuneralservices.com. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lenawee Humane Society or to Hospice of Lenawee. Envelopes are available at the Anderson Funeral Home, Tecumseh.
