Jessie James Studnick

Jessie James Studnick, age 66, of Petersburg Mich., passed away unexpectantly on Monday, April 13, 2020 at his farm in Britton. He was born on November 13, 1953, in Tecumseh, the son of the late Joseph and Mary Lou (Dinse) Studnicka.

  
He had been employed by Ford Motor Company and was a disc jockey after retirement. He loved music, NASCAR, gardening, sport events, and animals. 

 
Jessie is survived by three siblings, two sisters, Elizabeth (Ed) Roe, Mary Jo (Carlos) Huerta, and brother William Studnick.  He is survived by a nephew Sam Roe and niece Emilie Cadmus and many longtime, close friends including his friend and neighbor Frank Breitner. He was proceeded in death by his parents (2006) and two brothers, Ben (1974) and Todd (2001). 

 
The celebration of Jessie’s life will take place at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Lenawee County Humane Society. Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Home. Online condolences may be offered to the family at handlerfuneralhomes.com.
