Juveniles report suspicious activity
Juviniles report being approached by a man with candy.
TECUMSEH — At approximately 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, two juveniles were walking in the downtown business district. One of the juveniles reported that a gray pickup with a matching cap parked near him on the street. The juvenile stated that a rear seat passenger rolled down his window and asked the boy if he wanted some candy. The juvenile reported that the male seemed to be holding what appeared to be “tootsie rolls.” The juvenile proceeded into a local business and the vehicle left the area.
The Tecumseh Police were notified and this incident is currently under investigation. The person of interest is described as a white male in his late 30’s to early 40’s with a beard. The vehicle is a gray pickup with a matching cap and bears the word “OHIO” in a sticker located on the cap window. There is also a sticker with a bandana and sunglasses on the cap window.
