Lisa Ann Marzolf Schwind

 

Lisa Ann Marzolf Schwind died June 27, 2018 at her home in Tecumseh, Mich.  The daughter of Richard T. and Dorothy L. (Hall) Marzolf, she was born April 1, 1959 in Alma, Mich.  The family moved to Midland, Mich. a few months later and Lisa graduated from Midland High and Western Michigan University with a degree in art and photography.  Shortly after graduation she moved to Ann Arbor.

Lisa was an account representative and graphic designer for McNaughton and Gunn in Saline. A talented artist, her consuming hobby was painting animals using colored pencils and watercolors. She loved nature and walking in the woods with her special Brittany dog friend, Maggie. She enjoyed the beauty of this earth and everything that inhabited it.

She leaves her mother, Dorothy, her sister, Kristine Grinn, nephew, Jeff Kienbaum, and many dear friends. Her father, Richard, died in 2013 and her brother, Daniel died in 1969.

Lisa will be buried at Oakgrove Cemetery, St. Louis, Mich. beside her father and brother. There will be no local services.

Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes.  Condolences may be offered to the family at handlerfuneralhomes.com.
