Marjorie Mae (Andersen) Comfort
Marjorie Mae (Andersen) Comfort, 85 years old of Tecumseh, Mich., passed away November 1, 2017 after a brief struggle with cancer. A celebration of her life will be held on May 12, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at the home she shared with her husband of almost 59 years, Gordon Comfort at 6408 Rogers Hwy., Tecumseh, MI 49286.
It will be an informal outdoor gathering where all can enjoy the gardens Marge loved. There will be a tent, so guests should dress so that they are comfortable.
She is survived by her husband Gordon, two daughters, Bethany (Brian) Beauchine and Majel (Christopher) Maes, grandchildren Aili Beauchine (Ross) Crumbaugh, Paul Maes, Andersen Beauchine, Aaron Beauchine, Danny Maes, and Joshua Maes; and her sister Dorothy Orvosh of Green Valley AZ.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor her love of nature, books and the performing arts may make a donation to the Nature Conservancy, the Tecumseh Public Library, or the Tecumseh Center for the Arts.
