Mildred I. Rupp

Mildred I. Rupp, age 94, of Tecumseh, passed away August 27, 2013 at Tecumseh Place II. She was born January 31, 1919 in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Gladys (Wolfe) Jolly. On November 8, 1937, she married Glen J. Rupp in Ft. Wayne, Ind. He preceded her in death on January 31, 1993.Mildred was a graduate of Stryker High School, Class of 1937 in Stryker, Ohio.She was employed with D & C Store in Tecumseh for 20 years. Mildred was a member of the Tecumseh United Methodist Church. Mildred is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Jerry (Pat) McKeever of Tecumseh and Mrs. Terry (Shirley) Sisty of Tecumseh; four grandchldren, Michael McKeever of Toledo, Kendra (McKeever) Renner of Tecumseh, Jennifer (Jeff) Danley of Tecumseh, and Aaron McKeever of Brier, Wash.; four great grandchildren, Trevor Renner, Madelyn Danley, Chloe Danley, and Amelia Danley; two sisters, Vivian Cain of Findlay and Joan Garber of Bowling Green, Ohio, and brother, Duane (Phyllis) Jolly of Stryker, Ohio.In addition to her husband Glen, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Denver and Demaurce “Mike,” and two sisters, Pauline Hyatt and Betty BallrichFuneral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday Aug. 31, 2013 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Mich., with Rev. Mark Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh, Mich.Visitation will also be on Saturday Aug. 31, 2013 at J.
