Over $31,000 in equipment stolen

Police were called in on December 30 for a reported larceny from a pole building construction site behind Bader and Sons on Occidental. Richard Sharp, supervisor for Ackley Construction said his company was the last group on site December 28 at approximately 3 p.m.Stolen property from William Ackley Construction included one Lincoln Cart welder valued at $3,000, 10 DeWalt screw guns valued at $140 each, two Hitatchi nibblers valued at $300 each, two pairs of shears valued at $50 each, two DeWalt hammer drills valued at $400 each, two DeWalt screw drills with chargers, batteries and cases valued at $120 each.Items stolen from C&R Electric included one 250-foot roll of 12-2 wire valued at $120, one 250-foot roll of 12-3 wire valued at $160, a six-foot fiberglass ladder valued at $150, a Greenly knock-out set in case valued at $500, and a one-inch conduit bender of unknown value.Bader and Sons reported stolen a 2013 John Deere XUV 550 valued at $11,481.35 and a 2013 John Deere XUV V 550 valued at $12,528.
