Patricia Yvonne Raine

Patricia Yvonne Raine, age 83, of Tecumseh, went home to be with her husband on his birthday, November 23, 2019, at their home. She was born on July 15, 1936, in Detroit, Mich. to John and Dorothy (Baird) Elliott. On June 23, 1962 Patricia married Robert Raine, and he preceded her in death. Patricia was a believer in God. She enjoyed traveling with her husband all over the continent in their RV, as well as many other hobbies they enjoyed together. She was a member of many organizations, the “One Voice” choir group, and the “Good Sam’s” camping club, and two square dancing clubs in Adrian.

Patricia is survived by her children, Lori Raine Downs of Monroe;  Lynn (Ed Pokryfky) Raine and Mark (Adena) Raine of Tecumseh; four step-children, Vicki Nicholson, James (Billie Jo) Raine, Robert (Cathy) Raine, and Thomas (Jodie) Raine; a sister, Maxine (Sam) Thomas of Allen Park; 23 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Patricia is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Robert J. Raine; her parents, John and Dorothy Elliott; a sister, Jackie (Bob) Sapulski; a brother, Charles Elliott; a granddaughter Paige Raine; and son-in-law, Greg Cole.

Visitation will be held for Patricia on Friday, Nov. 29, from 2–8 p.m. at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Tecumseh. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 12 p.m. at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Rev. Bill Ellenwood officiating. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Tecumseh.
