Robert (Bob) H. Osburn Sr.
Robert (Bob) H. Osburn Sr. passed away September 9, 2015, from Alzheimer’s disease at 87 years of age. He was born February 12, 1928, to Garland and Geraldine Osburn on a farm near Tecumseh, Mich. He retired from Tecumseh Products Co. after 45 years and also farmed.Bob is survived by his wife Dorothy; three children, Robert Jr. (Susan) of Roseville, Minn., Martha (Gerald) Richter of Defiance, Ohio., and Benjamin of Hudson; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Alice (Leon) Lewis of Britton, and Joyce (Gerald) Gentry of Coldwater, Mich., and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William, Bruce, Lawrence, Joseph and David in infancy, and sisters Elizabeth Gould and Margaret Burnor.Viewing was at the Tipton Community Church, Sunday, Sept. 13, 2015, from 1-3 p. m., followed by the funeral service at 3 p.m. with Rev. Eric Hickman officiating. Burial followed in Franklin Cemetery, Tipton with Military Honors performed by the United States Army Honors Guard.Arrangements entrusted to the J.
