Sandra Darlene McKeever
Sandra Darlene McKeever of Tecumseh, Mich., passed away unexpectedly Saturday, April 26, 2014. She was born on September 22, 1946 in Iron River, Mich. Sandy loved her family more than anything in the world. She will be forever remembered for her wonderful smile, loving attitude and her quick wit. Sandy is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Merle; one sister, Susan (Ron) Weyher; two brothers, Kelvin (Cindy) Bennett and Kenneth Bennett; her children, Christy (Will) Barrymore, Merle (Diane) McKeever Jr. and Katy (Jermaine) McKeever and her very special nephew and niece Joseph and Rachel Jacobs. Her grandchildren were the absolute loves of her life and they are Adara McKeever, Summer Barrymore, Olivia Barrymore, Jessica (Rod) Tyrpin, Amanda (Mike) Tyrpin and great grandchildren RJ Morgan and Noriele Morgan. Sandy is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Freda and Arthur Bennett. A celebration of Sandy’s life was held on Wednesday, April 30, at Raisin Community Center 3266 Gady Road, Adrian, Mich., from 2-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
