Scott L. Fuhrmann

Scott L. Fuhrmann, age 54, of Tecumseh, passed away suddenly, Friday, Dec. 20, 2013 at home.He was born April 1, 1959 to proud parents, Cletus and June Fuhrmann.Scott was a hard worker and retired truck driver. He loved NASCAR, woodworking and refinishing furniture.Scott was proud of his long, beautiful ponytail and grew his hair out numerous times to donate to Locks of Love. He had a good heart and soft spot for animals, especially cats. With his quirky sense of humor, he loved to make people laugh with his crazy Facebook posts. Scott will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He finally has peace.Scott is survived by his father, Cletus Fuhrmann of Tecumseh; sister, Kathy Fuhrmann of Adrian; additional family member, Kris Fuhrmann of Tecumseh; and his love, Chris (Kansas) Jennings of Kennett, Mo., formerly of Tecumseh.Scott was preceded in death by his mother, June Fuhrmann on July 26, 2012.Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Tecumseh, with Rev. Fr. Daniel Wheeler officiating.Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of funeral mass at the church, also on Saturday.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to cover final expenses or to St. Elizabeth Catholic Church for memorial masses to be said in Scott’s name.
