Sends thank you’s for ‘80s dance fundraiser

To the Editor,The Daily Bread of Lenawee Board of Directors and staff would like to thank everyone who came to support our “Just can’t get enough of the 80’s” dance fundraiser. On May 10, 2014 from 7-11pm we danced and enjoyed everyone’s 80’s attire at the Raisin Township Community Center.A special thank you for DJ John Hess for donating his time and putting together the music for us to enjoy. Also want to thank Marcus Pickney for designing the posters and tickets, decorating and taking photos, and also Heather Dempsey for helping decorate the hall.We also want to thank Señorita for donating chips and salsa, WLEN radio, and many more businesses for letting us put flyers up for the fundraiser.The Daily Bread of Lenawee is a Christian, non-profit soup kitchen and food pantry in Adrian. Our mission is to provide nutritious meals in a Christian, loving environment. We have been feeding Lenawee since 2001.
