Sharron K. Morden

Sharron K. Morden, 72, of Tecumseh, passed away on June 10, 2014. She was born on February 17, 1942 in Angus, Minn., to Charles and Lois Confer. Sharron married Max Morden on November 27, 1976 in Toledo, Ohio and he survives.Sharron worked for over 20 years for H&R Block as a tax preparer in Tecumseh. Sharron enjoyed hand crafting ceramics in her spare time, as well as traveling with her husband and trips to the casinos. Her greatest time, however, was the time that she spent with her family and grandchildren.In addition to her husband, Max, Sharron is survived by her daughter Linda (Todd) Amstutz of Tecumseh; sons Michael (Monica) Marty of Goodyear, Ariz., David (Marilyn) Marty of Britton, Thomas Marty of Tecumseh; step-son Max (Robyn) Morden, Jr. of Verona, N.J.; grandchildren Kayla and Cole Amstutz, Kody and Anthony Marty, Dominique and Daniella Jagelka, Matthew and Amanda Morden; siblings Richard Confer and Kathy (Charles) Steer, both of Minnesota. Sharron was preceded in death by her parents and sister Nancy.Visitation for Sharron will be held on Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., noon, at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes. Funeral services will be held at 12 a.m., noon, at the funeral home with Rev. Diane White officiating. Interment will follow at Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens in Tecumseh.
