Shirley Belle Harvey Chumney
Shirley Belle Harvey Chumney, age 93, of Tecumseh went to be with her Lord on August 5, 2018, at Lynwood Manor in Adrian.
She was born June 19, 1925, in Romulus, Michigan to Reuben Durard and Ada Belle (Bower) Harvey. She married Virgil Chumney, and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Shirley is survived by a sister, Doris Cowen and 28 beloved nieces and nephews.
Graveside memorial services will be September 8 at 11 a.m. at Ridgeway Cemetery on Ford Highway. Pastor Edward Spreeman will be officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Tecumseh Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sozo Church, 28 Cairns, Tecumseh.
