Thanks supporters for help with movie premiere

To the Editor:I wish to thank the staff at the Tecumseh Center for the Arts for their gracious help in hosting the world premiere of my movie, "Sidewalk Singer," on Saturday, April 20. Special thanks goes out to Kathy Field, Rebecca Peach and Karen Bunch for their kindness and hard work. Each one was flexible and "rolled with the punches" to accommodate me, and I appreciate it. Thanks to the high school Key Club and volunteer ushers who served at the venue. I also would like to thank WLEN, the Herald, the Clinton Local, and the Daily Telegram, along with 13 ABC Action News. A big thank you to the many Tecumseh business owners who allowed me to hang posters in their places of business. Also, thanks to the 700 people who attended the two screenings, as so many offered nice comments and support. It was my pleasure to film entirely in the beautiful city of Tecumseh, and I'd love to do it again in the future.Alan MakiTecumseh
