Tribe cheers to first place at Manchester
Tecumseh’s varsity competitive cheerleading team placed first in the Maroon Division at Manchester’s Invitational on Saturday, Jan. 17. The Indians outscored Adrian by three points with a total of 633.22 points.“The girls had a lot of energy throughout the whole day. They focused on one round at a time,” said Tecumseh coach Emily Raine. “A lot of our scores went up two points from last year.”Last year at Manchester, Tecumseh scored 607.5. “As their coach, I was extremely proud of everyone’s hard work and dedication, and I cant wait to see what the rest of the season brings!” Raine said.
