Twenty-four submit applications for city manager’s position

Acting City Manager Joe Tuckey reported during Tecumseh’s city council meeting Monday that 24 applications have been received for the city manager’s position. A few more resumes could be expected depending on the postmark date. Joyce Parker from the Michigan Municipal League requested two weeks to conduct interviews and complete a report for council. A study session to review applications is tentatively scheduled for October 5 at 6:30 p.m.
