Virginia Lillian Phelps Dollison

Virginia Lillian Phelps Dollison, age 92 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at Blount Memorial Hospital, Maryville, Tenn. She was born in Trenton, N.J., on March 19, 1921. She was variously employed by the Trenton public school system, Allied Chemical in Cleveland, Ohio and First Federal Bank in Adrian, Mich. She was a member of Maryville First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Lillian and Leroy Phelps; husband, Ray P. Dollison; and great-granddaughter, Audrey J. Wright.Survivors include her brother, Edward Phelps of Calabash, NC; daughter, Virginia L. Colter of Bellevue, Mich; son, Lee P. Dollison of Maryville, Tenn; granddaughters, Bethany A. (Bill) Murray of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Lisa L. Wright of Marshall, Mich; great grandsons, Benjamin K. DeYoe, Mason C.L. Daniels and Isaac L. Murray; great granddaughter, Melanie A.R. Murray; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Richard and Marge Dollison of Logan, Ohio; multiple nieces and nephews.Cremation has taken place. Interment will be in Tecumseh, Mich., at a later date.Memorial contributions can be given to Maryville First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1301 E.
