A bicycle tour to benefit Associated Charities of Lenawee County has been organized for May 17. The first annual Associated Charities Donate and Cycle Tour will begin and end at Tecumseh High School, 740 Brown St - Tecumseh MI 49286. The "ACDC Ride" will offer riders three choices: 17 miles, 40 miles or 70 miles. The entry fee includes a t-shirt, ride support and a make-your-own sundae bar at the end of the ride. Helmets are required. Registration is from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the high school's south parking lot. To guarantee a t-shirt and enough ice cream, or to request more information, riders are encouraged to email ACDCRide@hotmail.com to pre-register, or call 517-605-9910. Volunteers to help run the event are also welcome! Start: 10:00

The Friends of the Tecumseh District Library will hold a book sale on Saturday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the library, 215 N. Ottawa St., Tecumseh.
