Multiple Sclerosis (M.S.) Self-Help Group meets from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 3448 North Adrian Highway, Adrian.  The church is located on M-52, on the west side of the road, just before the traffic light for Valley/Occidental Road, coming from Adrian.
Educational speakers vary each month, as well as socializing.  All meetings are open to all individuals diagnosed with multiple sclerosis as well as their family and caregivers.

The Lenawee County Family Researchers will host William
Priest.  Priest will speak on “Your
Genealogy Research -To Death Do Us Part” on Tuesday, Feb. 9, at the

LISD TECH Center, 1372 N. Main St. (M52), Adrian.  The session will cover how to preserve
one’s research for following generations. 
Come and learn what materials can be donated to societies and archives.  Learn how to make sure your research
does not end up being sold or thrown out. 
The program will begin at 7 p.m. with a question-and-answer session from
6:30 to 7 p.m.

Priest is a records manager and has advanced training in
disaster prevention and recovery and methodologies of filing systems.  He has been a genealogy presenter and
teacher for many years.  He is a
member of Genealogy by Computer Society-Toledo, Ohio, and several other
organizations.

Tecumseh United Methodist Church, 605 Bishop Reed Dr., will host an all-you-can-eat lasagna dinner and Valentine's Day Celebration on Saturday, Feb. 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. Music will be provided by Barb Neitman of Sunset Studios. The cost is $8 per person, or $15 per couple. After dinner, everyone may enjoy TUMC's bi-monthly card and game night beginning at 7 p.m.

Planning to breastfeed or currently nursing?  Then come to a La Leche League meeting.  Whether you're pregnant or already nursing, LLL has offers techniques shared by mothers who have enjoyed a successful breastfeeding relationship.

Tecumseh United Methodist Church invites the community for a Lenten Bible Study starting Wednesday, Feb. 17, at noon. The study will meet each Wednesday at noon through Wednesday, March 31.

The community is invited to a meeting Feb. 25, from 1 to 3 p.m. at AMVETS, 122 N. Main, Adrian.  The intent of the meeting is to make veterans, their family members and the community aware of the resources available to veterans and to introduce Uniting Veterans and Supporting Families.
The meeting will be held by veterans for veterans and/or family.  A variety of organizations  will be discussed as to how they can help.

All proceeds raised will help send a Lenawee  County student to college in the form of a scholarship.  This scholarship will go to a deserving individual looking to pursue a career with children.  The MOMS Club is a support group specifically for the mother-at-home in Tecumseh and surrounding areas.
