To the Editor,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the following businesses and organizations for supporting this year’s fireworks display on June 27 in conjunction with the 8th Annual Tecumseh Pow Wow: Gurdjian & Associates, Allied Waste, Washtenaw Engineering, D & P Communications, Martin’s Home Center, New Song Community Church, Landscape Architects & Planners, and tc3net.com.  A special “thanks” needs to go to Kevin Welch for his assistance in fundraising for the fireworks display.

I would also like to acknowledge the Leh Nah Weh Native American Organization for their dedication and vision in bringing the pow wow and fireworks to Tecumseh for the past eight years.  

It truly is a community celebration.
