Christian mother objects to prayer at Britton band banquet

Is it just me or does the separation of church and state mean nothing?
I am a proud Christian mother of two students at Britton-Macon Area Schools. A Britton Baptist Pastor gave a blessing at the podium over the PA system of the dinner which was presented at the annual banquet for the Britton Band Boosters.
This is the third time he has been allowed to pray at a school function and I have had enough. I would like to come to his church and start teaching evolution and see what he’d have to say.
I have brought my concern to the Britton music teacher and gotten empty words, “It won’t happen again. I’m sorry.” Well it happened twice since then and I’m sick of it.
I’m done and I want everyone who agrees with the separation, which would include keeping science out of churches, to join me in telling Britton this is NOT ok. I demand this Pastor not be allowed to even speak at school functions.
