State Representative honors Tecumseh police dispatcher at council meeting

Tecumseh Police Department dispatcher Monica Andrews was honored by State Representative Dudley Spade with a proclamation at the Tecumseh City Council meeting on Dec. 21, 2009. Andrews used the Internet to find the location of a former Tecumseh woman who had been stabbed in Connecticut. The dispatcher's call to the Connecticut police became a life saving event for the victim.
