Wallace G. Stubbs

Wallace G. Stubbs, 68, passed away Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010, after a short battle with Leukemia. He leaves behind his wife and soulmate of 47 years, Joanne. In addition, he leaves two wonderful sons, Scott and Chris; two daughters-in-law, Gwen and Chandra; three grandkids, Genny, Will and Madi; his sister, Janice Carden; his nephew, Marty and wife Marrite Lontz; his niece, Marci and husband, Paul Swift; and of course the irrepressible Sammy K. Swift. Last but not least he leaves a wonderful mother in law, Nora K. Wickham.

Wally retired from Tecumseh Products Co. after 31 years, his last 12 years of responsibility was as V.P. Human Resources. Wally enjoyed life, family and close friends. As per his wishes cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wally's memory may be made to the Humane Society of Huron Valley, 3100 Cherry Hill Rd., Ann Arbor, Mi 48105.   Arrangements were completed by the Nie Family Funeral Homes.
