Geraldine Mieduch

Geraldine Mieduch, 84, of Clinton died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010, in Toledo Hospital. She was born April 18, 1926, in Detroit, the daughter of Kasmier and Jeanette Klenczar. She was married to Stanley Mieduch on July 27, 1946, at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Detroit.

Geraldine was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Clinton. She was a homemaker and worked in the family business, Pike Inn Bar and Motel at the corner of U.S. 12 and Tipton Highway for 21 years. Geraldine enjoyed gardening, sewing and her greatest joy was her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Geraldine is survived by her husband, Stanley; two sons, Michael Mieduch of Clinton and Daniel (Rhonda) Mieduch of Scottsdale, Ariz.; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ernie.

At her request cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11 at 1 p.m. at St. Dominic Catholic Church, Clinton with Fr. Paul Ruddy as Celebrant.  Rite of Committal will follow in St. Dominic Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Charity of the donor's choice.
