Tribe falls at Monroe

Tecumseh’s varsity football team was shut out at Monroe on Friday, Sept. 9 with the Trojans taking a 37-0 Southeastern Conference victory.Monroe scored a touchdown in every quarter. The Trojans finished the first half with a 12-0 lead and doubled their advantage by the end of the third quarter (24-0).The Trojans added 13 points in the fourth quarter to secure the victory.The Indians (1-2 overall) play at home against Lincoln (2-1) on Friday. Game time is 7 p.m.
