Thanks supporters of back-to-school immunization program

To the Editor,At the end of August the Lenawee County Health Department held a Back-To-School Immunization Event that was very successful in helping to vaccinate our county’s youth. Due to the generous support of the community we were able to provide gifts, including back packs and school supplies, for raffle drawings and bags of snacks for each participant. I would like to take this opportunity to thank those in the community who offered their support on that day. They are: Meijer, Wal-Mart, Lenawee Youth Council, Morning Fresh Bakery, Game Frenzy, Piercing Pagoda, Kapnick Orchards, Busch’s of Tecumseh, Jimmy Johns, and McDonalds. The donations from each of these companies helped make our day a success and we sincerely appreciate them for all they do in our community.Chris KarpinskiPublic Health Nurse, Immunizations
