Police identify larceny suspects

The names of two adult men and one male juvenile suspected in a string of larcenies that occurred in Lenawee, Washtenaw and Monroe Counties, including Tecumseh, over a four-day period in August have been identified and released by the Tecumseh Police Department.Christian M. Rodriquez, 18, of Tecumseh, and Brock M. Prain, 17, of Britton have been charged on felony and misdemeanor charges for larcenies from motor vehicles, conspiracy to commit larceny, and receiving and concealing stolen property. Rodriquez was also charged for assaulting, resisting and obstructing two Tecumseh police officers.Both men have been lodged at the Lenawee County Jail since their arrest in August on unrelated charges for violations of probation.A third accomplice in the crime spree that took place from August 20-24 was a 16-year-old Tecumseh youth who has been detained at the Maurice Spear Campus on charges of larceny from a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit larceny, receiving and concealing stolen property, and possession of a controlled substance.Over 300 items were stolen, including computers, an iPad, GPS systems, and cell phones in the tri-county area. Some of the stolen property was recovered in Tecumseh on Aug. 24 when local police were dispatched to a residence to investigate a complaint on an unrelated juvenile probation violation.
