Tecumseh Cadette Girl Scout Troop 269 would like to thank the community for supporting their Red Cross Blood Drive on  Aug. 12.

Special thanks to:

• The Tecumseh Seventh-Day Adventist Church for the use of their wonderful facility at the Lenawee Seventh-Day Adventist School. Thank you to the members who helped set-up and volunteered to work, who were donors and who brought in cookies.
• Tecumseh McDonald’s for the donation of the orange drink and cups for the canteen.
• Busch’s for the donation of paper plates, napkins and gift card to purchase cookies and donuts for the canteen.
• Jerry’s Market for the donation of cookies for the canteen.
• The parents of Troop 269 and Troop 62 for volunteering to help at the blood drive.
• Troop leaders DeAnna Strand and Cathy McKelvie and members Kennedy Strand, Kel-sey McKelvie, Andi Orde, Emi-ly Unsicker and Michele Koch.
