Oma Eldridge, 84, of Tecumseh, went to be with the Lord May 9, 2008.
She was a member of Tecumseh Missionary Baptist Church and a part of the "Truthseekers".

She leaves behind her three children, Douglas (Sharon) of Pinckney; Barbara (Glen) Richmond of Tecumseh; and Brenda Corbitt of Tecumseh; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one brother, Grant Cole of Ypsilanti.

She was preceded in death by son-in-law, William "Buddy" Corbitt, and a grandson, Brian Corbitt.

A Celebration of Oma's life was held Monday May 12, 2008 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh, with the Rev. Brian Jones officiating.
